Sew One, Sew on Competition
Greetings to the populace of the mighty Middle Kingdom - At Coronation on Saturday, May 4 after morning court, we will host a 5-hour competition to create tunics, with the proceeds going to people who need their first or second tunic or filling gaps in our Gold Key. Co-coordinators for this activity will be Genovefa Guineirre (Jennifer Zuiderveen) at [email protected] and Maeve O’Currane (Beth Belanger) at [email protected] or by Facebook How you can help: Attend the event and sew with your friends or make new ones. No skills are necessary, just a willingness to (or learn to) sew, cut, pin, iron, model, seam rip, etc. There are competition tracks for ALL LEVELS of sewists.

Crafter's Green:
Saturday: Come one, come all and participate in the Crafter's Green! Join other like-minded folks in a relaxed and open setting. Space will be limited. Make sure to bring your project along with a chair and table (if needed for your project). No documentation is required. |
Bardic Events and Performances:
Friday, Dusk - 10 pm Bardic Circle nothing formal, just come hang out, tell stories, sing songs, beat a drum, or just listen. Everyone is welcome. Saturday: After Court - 1 pm: Music 1 - 2 pm: Story-telling 2 - 3 pm: Poetry 3 - 4 pm: Comedia del Art: Players' Patchwork Theatre Company TBD |
